Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens provides legal representation and consultation on a wide variety of legal problems of critical importance to older people. The most common legal problems of their clients are those concerning: tenants & housing, SSI & Social Security, Medicaid & Medicare, Food Stamps, utilities & consumer issues such as foreclosure, elder abuse, predatory lending and debt collection.
